Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female detoxification after detoxification between the ages of 20 and 60 years; 2. Patients who self-reported unsatisfactory intestinal clearance and who met Rome-III diagnostic criteria for functional constipation were included in this study. According to the Rome-III diagnostic method for functional constipation subjects have at least two of the following symptoms at the most recent three-month screening visit: (1) straining to defecate >25%; (2) >25% of bowel movements were lumpy or hard; (3) >25% of bowel movements felt incomplete bowel movements; (4) >25% of bowel movements had a sensation of anorectal obstruction/obstruction; (5) manual manipulation of >25% of bowel movements; (6) Less than 3 bowel movements per week . Subject voluntarily participates in the study and complies with the trial procedures by signing a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders (e.g. irritable bowel disease Crohn's disease celiac disease) or severe gastrointestinal complications requiring medical intervention. 2. Women who have recently tried to get pregnant or are pregnant or breastfeeding. 3. Patients with abdominal trauma umbilical skin rupture and surgical history. 4. Patients with systemic diseases such as severe diabetes tuberculosis connective tissue diseases and immune system diseases. 5. Other patients who may affect the results of this study.
