45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)It meets the surgical indications of laparoscopic total hysterectomy; =45 years old; Clear consciousness, free movement, no cognitive, communication dysfunction; 3) no serious heart, brain, lung, kidney and other vital organ dysfunction; 4) Voluntarily participate in this study, accept groups, and sign informed consent; 5) Patients with normal basal body temperature (36.3 ~ 37.2?) before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with serious heart, brain, lung disease or liver or kidney insufficiency before operation; 2) Patients with core body temperature greater than 37.5? in the 3 days prior to surgery, or infectious fever before surgery; 3) Patients with diabetes, acupoint local skin infection, ulceration, or allergic to the drugs of this test or allergic constitution; 4) Patients with cognitive dysfunction and a history of mental illness who cannot cooperate.
