Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-30 years old, body mass index BMI between 20-25, in good health, without various underlying diseases, especially cardiopulmonary problems and muscle problems; (2) No particularly strenuous activity in the 1 week before each trial (heart rate indicator: heart rate reaches 70%–85% of its maximum heart rate during exercise. The maximum heart rate is estimated according to the formula "220-age", for example, if the maximum heart rate of a 30-year-old individual is about 190 beats/min, the response heart rate range for strenuous activity is 133–162 beats/min or subjective fatigue score (RPE scale): the subjective force perception score of the subject reaches 6–7 after exercise, indicating that the activity intensity is high, and the individual feels obviously strenuous, which meets the subjective criteria for streous activity); (3) Be able to tolerate the stimulation of exercise fatigue induction and electroacupuncture in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Recently taken any substances that may interfere with the performance of exercise status (such as drugs or various drinks which contain amphetamines corticosteroids caffeine and other ingredients) (2) exclusion of subjects with the possibility of pregnancy (3) Exclusion of persons with significant physical impairment or functional impairment.
