Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient's age is over 18 years old and the clinical diagnosis is DKD (stage III stage A2-A3); (2) Have received more than one month of basic Western medical treatment alone or a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine mainly based on Jiudu Tongluo Baoshen Formula; (3) Patients with complete basic information current illness history four diagnostic methods TCM syndromes and theories methods prescriptions and medicines; (4) Those who have no significant changes in diet and exercise during the period of taking the medicine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Proteinuria caused by non-diabetic nephropathy such as gout essential hypertension heart failure urinary tract infection ketoacidosis tumors and chronic kidney disease; (2) There are serious complications of the heart liver kidneys etc. or combined with other serious diseases; (3) Cases with incomplete basic information and laboratory tests; Those who meet any of the above conditions will be excluded.
