Experimental Group 1:Jianpi Lishui granules (Codonopsis Radix 30g, Poria 30g, fried Atractylodes 20g, Magnolia Bark 20g, Job's Tears 30g, etc.) taken orally, 1 dose per day, dissolved in water, 3 time

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis criteria of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale (HDSS) = 2 points. 2. Age 18-45 years. 3. No topical medications or surgical treatments related to this disease within 1 week before treatment, and no oral medication treatments associated with this disease within 2 weeks. 4. The patient is informed and consents to participate in this research study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 2. Patients with compensatory hyperhidrosis after surgical treatment for primary palmar hyperhidrosis or secondary hyperhidrosis. 3. Patients with visceral diseases and tumors such as heart, liver, and kidney diseases. 4. Individuals allergic to the components of the study medication.
