Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis according to diagnostic criteria, aged 10–18 years, regardless of gender; 2) Risser sign level 0–2; 3) Primary curve Cobb angle between 10° and 45°; 4) No prior treatment received; 5) Female patients who have not started menstruation or have menstruated for less than one year; 6) Signed informed consent and voluntary participation in the research treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Progressive scoliosis with a primary Cobb angle exceeding 45° or requiring surgical intervention; 2) Scoliosis combined with kyphosis deformity; 3) Congenital scoliosis and other syndromic scoliosis; 4) Skin allergies or local ulceration; 5) Congenital spina bifida or history of spinal surgery; 6) Poor compliance, unable to follow the research protocol for treatment; 7) Currently participating in other clinical studies or receiving other related treatments.
