Traditional Chinese Medicine cohort: The prescription for Post-Chikungunya Chronic Arthralgia (5g of cinnamon twig, 15g of Niudili, 15g of wide-tendon vine, 10g of Zouma Tai, 10g of Haifeng Vine, 10g
Western medicine cohort:NSAIDs drugs are mainly used (celecoxib + diclofenac sodium patches), and other drugs and rehabilitation treatments should be avoided as much as possible.
Ultrasonic cohort:Only ultrasound treatment (10 times) is used, and the dosage should avoid other traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatments
Blank control cohort:There are no treatment measures.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria stipulated in the "Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Chikungunya Fever (2025 Edition)"; 2. The course of the disease is more than one month; 3. The actual clinical prescription conforms to the medication regimen of the observation cohort. 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation period; 2. Joint pain is considered not to be caused by chikungunya fever. 3. Participated in other interventional clinical trials in the past three months; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT/AST>2×ULN, or eGFR<30 ml/min); 5.Participants who were considered unsuitable for inclusion in the study by the researchers.
