Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Between the ages of 18-65 years male and female; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary hypertension; (3) Use conventional western medicine treatment at the time of enrollment and can control the blood pressure below 160mmHg/100mmHg; (4) Participants need to have good motor and balance ability and be able to successfully complete the movements related to Baduanjin and acupressure; (5) Informed consent and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who do not have the conditions for APP installation or cannot use the APP for self-management on their own; (2) Those who cannot regularly test their own blood pressure; (3) Patients with serious mental illness: including but not limited to schizophrenia bipolar disorder major depression post-traumatic stress disorder etc. who need to be diagnosed by a psychiatrist and are receiving treatment. Patients with malignant tumors: including those who are receiving chemotherapy radiotherapy and other related treatments. Patients with other major diseases: including but not limited to cirrhosis of the liver end-stage renal disease and other diseases that seriously affect physical function; (4) Patients whose ear skin is damaged to the extent that they are unable to complete ear acupressure; (5) Patients who are allergic to the ingredients in the tea replacement drink; (6) Those who in the opinion of the investigator are not suitable to participate in this study.
