Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with rheumatoid arthritis: (1) Outpatient or inpatient COVID-19 patients aged 18-75, regardless of gender; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for rheumatoid arthritis proposed by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 2021 and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2022; (3) Those who agree and sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: (1) Individuals aged 18-75 who undergo health check ups in hospitals or communities, regardless of gender; (2) Confirm no autoimmune diseases and no joint pain symptoms; (3) Undiagnosed systemic diseases, not in a state of stress such as infection, pregnancy, childbirth, or trauma; (4) Those who agree and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for wind related patients and healthy volunteers: (1) COVID-19 positive, H1N1 and other infectious diseases; (2) Merge with other rheumatic diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, systemic sclerosis, dermatomyositis, etc.); (3) Severe patients with extra articular manifestations (such as high fever, multiple rheumatoid nodules, interstitial pneumonia, etc.); (4) Cases with serious diseases such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, and hematopoietic systems; (5) Patients with severe infections, organ failure, or malignant tumors; (6) Pregnant or lactating women patients; (7) Individuals with a history of mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety, as well as those with cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate; (8) Patients with other diseases or lifestyle habits that may affect the research results, such as irregular sleep patterns, staying up late, insomnia, and female menstrual periods and pregnancy.
