Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Perimenopausal state (determined by hormone tests or changes in menstrual cycle); 2) Voluntary signing of informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe underlying diseases, such as those with liver or kidney dysfunction or those suffering from malignant tumors or cancer; 2) Patients who are unconscious and unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms or those with mental disorders; 3) Patients who, due to cognitive impairment, language disorder or other reasons, are unable to understand the research content or unable to cooperate in completing data collection.
