Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with colon cancer through histopathological examination to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the disease diagnosis of the research subjects and to provide precise samples for subsequent research on colon cancer. 2. Willing and able to provide in-situ cancer tissues para-cancerous tissues and normal colon tissues to meet the needs of constructing organoid models of different parts ensuring the integrity and diversity of the research at the tissue level. 3. Agree to have peripheral blood collected for the isolation of immune cells such as T lymphocytes and NK cells so as to carry out co-culture experiments of immune cells and colon cancer organoids and deeply explore the mechanism of tumor immune escape. 4. The age is between 30 and 80 years old. 5. After the patient has fully understood the research purpose methods potential risks benefits and other information they voluntarily sign the informed consent form respecting the patient's right to know and the right to make independent choices which is in line with the requirements of medical ethics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other malignant tumors. 2. Have severe dysfunctions of important organs such as the heart liver and kidneys or suffer from severe immune system diseases hematological system diseases and other diseases that may affect the judgment of research results. 3. Have received radiotherapy chemotherapy immunotherapy or other treatments that may affect the tumor microenvironment immune function and the effect of bufalin within a certain period before the start of the study (such as within 3 months). 4. Have mental illnesses or cognitive impairments and are unable to understand the research content cooperate in signing the informed consent form or complete relevant examinations and sample collection. 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
