Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Group with lung-kidney qi deficiency syndrome during the remission period of COPD (1) It meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and is in the remission period; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine; (3) Age: 45-80 years old; (4) The subjects were informed of this study and signed the informed consent form. 2. Other syndrome groups during the remission period of COPD (1) It meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and is in the remission period; (2) Other syndromes with non-lung-kidney qi deficiency syndrome; (3) Age: 45-80 years old; (4) Voluntarily become a subject and sign the informed consent form. 3. Healthy control group (1) Healthy subjects; (2) Age: 40-80 years old; (3) Voluntarily become a subject and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with concurrent pneumothorax pleural effusion lung cancer active pulmonary tuberculosis and other serious lung diseases; (2) Those with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases liver and kidney diseases and hematopoietic system diseases; (3) Patients with mental illness (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Those with concurrent tumors congenital or acquired immune deficiencies; (6) Subjects with poor compliance.
