Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in Western medicine; (2) Cognitive dysfunction occurred within 6 months after stroke and the course of stroke = 90 days and = 180 days; (3) individuals with mild cognitive impairment symptoms for the first time; (4) Age = 45 years old and = 75 years old gender is not limited; (5) MoCA score = 19 and = 25; (6) The MMSE score should be higher than the corresponding education level: if there is no education the score is > 17 points and if the education period is = 6 years the score is > 20 points; If the length of education is > 6 years the score is > 24 points; (7) The Ability of Daily Living Scale (ADL) is >60 points; (8) Patients and their families accept the treatment plan and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of stroke; (2) any neuropsychiatric comorbidities and affective disorders that may affect the test results; (3) Patients with new lesions of bilateral brain; (4) Current skull defect; (5) are using antidepressants or neurostimulants; (6) Those who have metal implants or pacemakers installed near the treatment site; (7) Other brain diseases in the past such as brain tumors traumatic brain injuries seizures etc.; (8) History of malignancy; (9) Unstable vital signs or failure of vital organs; (10) Cognitive impairment caused by other possible causes; (11) People with a history of acupuncture treatment in the past; (12) Lactating and women of childbearing age
