Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 2: Age = 65 years old 3: Voluntarily accept the survey and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with comorbidities such as pneumothorax and moderate/severe pulmonary arterial hypertension who are not suitable for pulmonary function testing 2: Patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis bronchiectasis with infection advanced malignant tumor severe heart failure renal failure diabetes thyroid dysfunction and severe anemia 3: Patients with severe language hearing impairment and mental disorders who cannot correctly understand and cooperate in completing the questionnaire survey
