Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Inclusion criteria for pancreatic cancer patients: 1) Meet the western medical diagnostic criteria and Chinese medicine identification criteria for pancreatic cancer; 2) Have not received chemotherapy radiotherapy targeted therapy immunotherapy or other anti-tumor treatment for pancreatic cancer; 3) The age is 18~75 years old gender is not limited; 4) Subjects agree and voluntarily sign the informed consent form. 2 Inclusion criteria for healthy volunteers: 1) Select the people who had their medical checkups in our medical checkup center during the same period and the results of this medical checkup are normal; (2) Age 18~75 years old gender is not limited; (3) Subjects agreed and voluntarily signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Malignant tumors that have been treated with chemotherapy radiotherapy targeted therapy immunotherapy or other antitumor therapies; 2) Previous oral diseases; 3) Combined diabetes viral hepatitis and other diseases that may cause dry mouth symptoms; 4) History of previous gastrointestinal diseases such as: gastroenteritis peptic ulcer inflammatory bowel disease irritable bowel syndrome gastrointestinal tumors etc; (5) Use of glucocorticoids and antibiotics in the last 2 months; (6) Use of probiotic preparations (e.g. Bacillus licheniformis live bacterial capsule Bacillus subtilis capsule) within the last 1 week Probiotic preparations etc. If any of the above criteria is met it will be excluded.
