Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 2) Testers who possess basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities and can complete various scales; 3) Age range: 30-75 years old; 4) Before inclusion, the PSQI score was = 7 points and the ISI score was>7 points; 5) Those who have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, those with unclear consciousness after stroke, and those who have participated in clinical trials of other projects within 2 weeks; 2) Patients with insomnia before stroke; 3) Insomnia patients caused by other reasons; 4) Scalp damage and skin diseases can affect relevant testers; 5) Patients with important organ diseases such as heart, brain, and kidney failure.
