Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) those who met the diagnostic standard of soft plaques in carotid atherosclerotic plaques by carotid ultrasonography and did not take relevant medication within the last 1 week; (2) aged 18 years = age = 55 years and the sex was not limited; (3) CT examination excluded intracranial organic lesions; (4) Never undergone stent implantation for related diseases; (5) Regular work and rest and regular diet during the clinical study; (6) Informed consent signed by the patient himself/herself or on behalf of his/her immediate family members; (7) Smoking and alcohol cessation are required during the study. (Note: Patients who meet the above conditions at the same time can be included in this study).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) non-carotid atherosclerotic plaque soft spot diagnosis or patients who have recently taken relevant drug therapy; (2) age 55 years old; (3) suffering from severe intracranial organic lesions; (4) stent implantation treatment for related diseases; (5) during the clinical study period irregular work and rest and diet; (6) Patients or family members who refuse to accept the treatment plan; (7) Patients who are unconscious unable to express the subjective symptoms of discomfort or accompanied by severe depression anxiety symptoms psychiatric patients; (8) Progressive malignant tumors or other serious consumptive diseases prone to combining with infections and hemorrhage; (9) Combined with cardiovascular hepatic renal gastrointestinal hematopoietic system and other primary diseases; (10) Pregnant and breastfeeding women; (11) Allergies. (Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria are excluded.)
