Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Parkinson's Disease Group:1.Patients with idiopathic Parkinsons disease meeting the diagnostic criteria for Parkinsons disease;2.Aged between 30 and 80 years;3.Hoehn and Yahr stage 1 to 3 (modified criteria);4.Normal vision hearing and language function;5.On a stable medication regimen for at least 30 days;6.Willing to receive acupuncture treatment;7.Approved by the institutional ethics committee and signed the informed consent form. Healthy Control Group:1.Healthy individuals with confirmed exclusion of Parkinsons disease or Parkinsonian syndromes through clinical evaluation;2.Aged between 30 and 80 years;3.Able to walk independently and complete gait testing;4.Normal cognitive function capable of cooperating with the trial and approved by the institutional ethics committee with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Parkinson's Disease Group:1.Presence of other serious systemic diseases (e.g., stroke, malignancy, or renal failure);2.Severe cognitive impairment as defined by MMSE thresholds: illiterate <14, primary education <20, above primary education <24;3.Inability to receive acupuncture at acupoints due to dermatologic conditions, limb defects, or other factors;4.Inability to cooperate due to blindness or deafness;5.Presence of other conditions that may affect gait;6.Participation in other clinical trials or receipt of acupuncture within the past 30 days;7.History of drug or alcohol abuse;8.Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
