Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet diagnostic criteria for Allergic Rhinitis (AR) in Western medicine and Lung Qi Deficiency and Cold Syndrome in TCM. Are aged 16–65 years. Have a =1 - year history of AR. Are mentally competent and able to follow treatment protocols. Exhibit good compliance (assessed via treatment logs) and independence in study participation. Provide written informed consent after study details are explained. Note: All criteria must be met concurrently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with comorbidities such as severe cardiovascular cerebrovascular hepatic renal or hematopoietic system diseases; complicated by infectious paranasal sinusitis otitis media respiratory tract infection; or with allergic asthma and asthma attacks in the past 1 year. Patients with nasal polyps severe nasal septal deviation other allergic diseases or other types of rhinitis. Patients with malignant neoplasms mental disorders; pregnant lactating women or men/women planning to conceive in the near future. Patients with allergies to acupuncture needles contraindications to acupuncture or allergies to moxibustion smoke. Patients unwilling to sign the Informed Consent Form. Note: Patients meeting any of the above criteria will be excluded.
