Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Those who meet the TCM and Western medicine diagnostic criteria for infertility RIF and thin endometrium and plan to undergo IVF-ET again. 2) Aged 25 to35 years old. 3) Ultrasound examination shows that the uterine morphology is basically normal there is no abnormal echo in the uterine cavity and there is no ovarian cyst; in the previous IVF-ET cycle the thickness of the thickest part of the endometrium measured by vaginal B-ultrasound is =7mm on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) or endometrial transformation. 4) There are frozen embryos on the third day after egg retrieval. 5) Willing to accept the treatment measures of this study can be observed for 2 menstrual cycles continuously and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Positive screening results for TORCH hepatitis B hepatitis C human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and syphilis serology and infection with gonorrhea chlamydia mycoplasma etc.; 2) Combined with progressive serious primary or secondary diseases in internal medicine or surgery mental illness and chromosomal abnormalities; 3) Previous history of adverse pregnancy and delivery immune system diseases or severe wasting diseases; 4) Intrauterine adhesions submucosal uterine fibroids endometrial polyps and other intrauterine space-occupying lesions uterine malformations etc.history of abnormal embryo implantation failure
