Interventions

Umbilical moxibustion group:Umbilical moxibustion therapy is performed on top of usual care.
Multi-component sports group:A multi-component exercise programme is performed on top of usual care.
Umbilical moxibustion combined with multi-component exercise group:On the basis of routine nursing in the control group umbilical moxibustion combined with multi-component exercise nursing was carried
Control group:Perform standardised routine care.

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed as an intertrochanteric fracture by imaging examination and clinical symptoms; (2) proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail fixation is proposed; (3) Age 60–80 years old; (4) Tilburg Frailty Scale = 5 points; (5) Patients voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (2) Pathological fractures; (3) cognitive impairment; (4) Contraindications to abdominal surgery or umbilical moxibustion.
