Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with PLGC (Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer) confirmed by Western medicine standards. 2.Aged 18–70 years (inclusive). 3.Willing to undergo gastroscopy with mucosal biopsy both before and after the study. 4.Signed informed consent form obtained from participants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with comorbid conditions including:Peptic ulcerReflux esophagitisGastric polypsHypertrophic gastritis 2.Patients with:History of gastric surgerySuspected gastric cancerOther systemic malignancies 3.Chronic users of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) 4.Patients with severe primary diseases affecting:Hepatic systemRenal systemHematopoietic systemEndocrine systemOr psychiatric disorders 5.Women who are:Currently pregnantPlanning pregnancyLactating 6.Patients requiring urgent treatment due to disease severity 7.Patients refusing either:Repeat gastroscopyMucosal biopsy 8.Participation in other drug clinical trials within the past 4 weeks
