Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Inclusion criteria 1) All patients met the diagnostic criteria of essential hypertension in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (2024 Revision) with systolic blood pressure of 150-180 MMHG and took self-prepared antihypertensive drugs before operation; 2) In line with the TCM dialectical criteria of vertigo and hyperthyroidism of liver Yang; 3) patients undergoing phacoemulsification; 4) Age 50-75 years old male or female; (5) voluntarily sign the informed consent form actively participate in and be able to cooperate with the researchers; 6) patients with good general condition who can cooperate with examination and treatment; 7) Patients with normal hearing who had not received music therapy in the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) those who were diagnosed as secondary hypertension resistant hypertension or malignant hypertension; 2) patients complicated with acute myocardial infarction acute stage of cerebrovascular disease diabetes mellitus liver and kidney failure malignant tumor and other acute and chronic diseases; (3) patients with disabilities or mental diseases conforming to the laws of our country; (4) pregnant or lactating women.
