Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnosis of penile-related diseases in children including prepuce phimosis cryptorchid penis etc.; 2) Children aged 5-18 years old; 3) ASA grading I-II; 4) Normal intelligence can communicate; 5) Obtain permission from the child and his/her family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) Those who have taken any analgesic drugs including Tramadol tablets Ibuprofen Acetaminophen etc. before the operation; (ii) Those who have combined serious heart brain and lung diseases; (iii) Those whose family members or guardians refused to do so.
