Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.45 years old = age = 75 years old; 2.First stroke 3-12 months after stroke (CT/MRI confirmed); 3.Cognitive impairment after the stroke event; 18 = MoCA score <26; 4.Stroke site mainly focuses on the frontal/parietal/temporal cortex (NIR overlay) subcortical not multiple stroke sites; 5.
