Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Met the International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD-10) diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia.Aged 18–60 years.Provided written informed consent after detailed explanation of study procedures.Stable vital signs with no acute psychiatric emergencies at enrollment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction.History of traumatic brain injury epilepsy or organic brain disorders.Substance dependence history (alcohol opioids etc.).Hypersensitivity to risperidone or TQHXD components.Pregnancy lactation or planned pregnancy.
