Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with pressure injuries at stage 3 and above according to the pressure injury guidelines updated in 2019 by the National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel (NPUAP) in the United States the European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel (EPUAP) and the Pan Pacific Pressure Injury Alliance (PPPIA). 2) Patients with stable condition and albumin level > 25g/L 3) Patients whose local wound tissues have exudate and show signs of bacterial colonization or infection clinically (including pain redness heat moderate to a large amount of exudate discolored granulation tissue yellow slough > 50% fragile tissue easy bleeding and necrotic tissue). 4) Patients aged = 18 years old and = 90 years old who are conscious or unconscious but can have their family members' cooperation and can cooperate well with the researchers. 5) Patients who voluntarily join this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whose basic medical conditions affect wound healing such as those with diabetes patients undergoing end-stage renal function dialysis those with immune system disorders patients with poor blood coagulation function patients receiving long-term radiotherapy and chemotherapy and patients in the terminal stage of cancer.
