Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for CFS in Western medicine;(2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for spleen deficiency and dampness excess syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine;(3) Age between 18 and 65 years old, gender not limited;(4) Normal consciousness, cooperative behavior, clear language, and the ability to express intuition correctly;(5) Good compliance, able to complete the trial according to the treatment plan requirements, including taking medication on time, receiving acupuncture treatment, follow-up visits, and receiving follow-up visits;(6) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form. Only those who meet the above six criteria can be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Merge primary diseases that can cause fatigue, such as heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic renal failure, etc; Rheumatoid immune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc; Endocrine diseases, such as hypothyroidism, diabetes, etc; Diseases, cancers, etc. that require long-term or lifelong treatment;(2) Individuals who have suffered from myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, severe trauma, or major surgery within six months;(3) Individuals who are unable to express themselves independently or suffer from mental illnesses and intellectual or language barriers;(4) Suspected peptic ulcer patients;(5) Individuals with allergies or a known history of allergies to traditional Chinese medicine ingredients;(6) There are acupuncture and moxibustion contraindications, such as drunkenness, high fever, or skin diseases such as inflammation, erosion, exudation, ulcer, scar, serious injury, infection, edema, etc. at the acupoint selected for this test;(7) People with coagulation disorders, such as thrombocytopenia, or blood borne infectious diseases, such as syphilis, AIDS, viral hepatitis, etc;(8) Individuals who wear pacemakers or have built-in metal devices, as well as those with incomplete limbs;(9) Those who have experienced needle sickness, pneumothorax, spontaneous bleeding, and other conditions that are not suitable for acupuncture in the past;(10) Afraid of acupuncture and moxibustion or suspicious of acupuncture and moxibustion;(11) Participate in drug, acupuncture and moxibustion and other clinical trials within 1 month before being included in the study;(12) Women who are pregnant, menstruating, breastfeeding, or have recently planned to have children. If any of the above conditions are met, they will be excluded.
