Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke lower limb motor dysfunction mentioned above; 2) Aged 40 to 70 years old; 3) First onset, with a course of illness of = 2 weeks at the time of enrollment; 4) Vital signs are stable, consciousness is clear, MMSE score of junior high school or above education level>24 points, primary school education level>20 points, illiteracy>17 points, can be combined with acupuncture treatment, rehabilitation evaluation and training; 5) Hemiplegic lower limb MAS scale grading of 1-3; 6) No physical disabilities fractures or other related diseases that seriously affect lower limb movement and rehabilitation therapy; 7) Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart liver kidney or mental illness epilepsy; 2) Patients with hearing sensory visual impairments severe aphasia or cognitive disorders who are unable to cooperate with treatment; 3) Patients with decreased lower limb motor function due to peripheral nerve damage or other reasons; 4) Patients with limb dysfunction before stroke; 5) Patients with malignant tumors. 6) Suffering from severe skin diseases or local skin damage; 7) Patients with metal foreign bodies in the body or those with cardiac pacemakers stent implants cochlear implants or significantly elevated intracranial pressure; 8) Pregnant or lactating patients; 9) Patients with arteriovenous thrombosis in the limbs.
