45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (KOA). 2.Aged = 40 years and = 75 years, irrespective of gender. 3.Report knee osteoarthritis–related pain lasting for 3 months or longer. 4.Kellgren–Lawrence (KL) radiographic grade of 1–3; Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain score = 3. 5.Understand and agree to participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form. 6.Demonstrate good compliance and willingness to cooperate with the study procedures. (Only participants who meet all six of the above criteria will be included.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous knee joint surgery. 2. Knee pain caused by other conditions (such as rheumatoid arthritis joint infections malignant tumors gout etc.). 3. Coagulation disorders. 4. Participation in other clinical studies within the past month. 5. Received acupuncture or other treatments for the knee joint in the past 6 months. 6. Patients currently taking medication for knee osteoarthritis. 7. Advanced knee osteoarthritis patients.
