Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 to 75 years old (including 18 and 75 years old); (2) meet the diagnostic criteria of unstable angina pectoris; (3) patients with low or moderate risk of CHD according to cardiac rehabilitation risk stratification; (4) those who did not participate in other clinical trials within 3 months; (5) Patients voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent. Those who meet all of the above criteria will be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, new severe arrhythmia or electrocardiogram changes, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system Patients with serious diseases; (2) patients with severe mental illness or disturbance of consciousness who cannot cooperate; (3) combined with musculoskeletal system, motor function impairment, disability and other physical activity disorders; (4) Athletes who have practiced traditional Chinese exercises (such as Tai Chi, Baduanjin, other qigong, etc.) in the past 3 months those One of these items is excluded.
