18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients with GC diagnosed by pathology or cytology. (2)PM were confirmed by Laparoscopic/open surgical exploration with biopsy-proven metastasis or CT-confirmed peritoneal deposits or positive ascites cytology. (3)HER2-positive status confirmed by genetic testing (IHC 3+ or IHC 2+ with FISH+). (4)No prior chemotherapy or no disease progression after short-term (3 months. (8)Age 18–75 years regardless of sex. (9)Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Distant organ metastasis other than peritoneal or ovarian involvement. (2)Tumor invasion-induced complications such as coagulopathy bowel obstruction or perforation. (3)Severe dysfunction of vital organs (e.g. heart liver kidneys). (4)Massive ascites requiring frequent drainage for palliative purposes. (5)Participation in other drug-related clinical trials within the past month or ongoing participation. (6)Patients with severe psychiatric disorders.
