20 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) A first-year surgical resident who participates in standardized training for resident physicians. 2) Normal vision or corrected vision, color vision, and hearing. 3) Cognitive function is normal, able to understand the experimental process and cooperate to complete the experiment. 4) No regular medication or alcohol consumption habits. 5) No sensory abnormalities or pain in the back or limbs, and no musculoskeletal injuries in the past month. 6) No emotional related disorders. 7) I did not participate in any other intervention experiments within two weeks. 8) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to complete the entire research questionnaire survey. 2) Vulnerable groups other than research unit employees or researchers' subordinates, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, illiterate individuals, etc.

MeasureTime frame
The operation time was calculated from the start of the operation to the end of the surgery. Based on the GOALS score and anastomotic quality a performance evaluation form was developed by three surgical professionals to assess the anastomotic quality as well as the front and back of the anastomotic site. Two general surgery experts who were not aware of the participants' identities evaluated the safety of anastomotic leakage and knotting on;
