18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Amenorrhoea of at least 4 months duration with 2 or more serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) >40 U/L (more than 1 month between tests) and oestradiol <73.2 pmol/L 2) Age range between 18-40 years 3) Have fertility requirements 4) Those who voluntarily participate in this study have good compliance can follow medical advice and co-operate with follow-up observation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who had taken hormone therapy in the three months prior to enrolment 2) Those who suffer from neurological cardiovascular haematological or immune system diseases or those with abnormal infectious diseases 3) Those who cannot be followed up regularly for various reasons.
