Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the above-mentioned Western medical diagnostic criteria and traditional Chinese medical syndrome differentiation criteria(1.The diagnostic criteria for Western medicine refer to the diagnostic criteria for medium-risk pulmonary nodules in the 2024 edition of the"Expert Consensus on the Integrated Management of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Pulmonary Nodules"namely:(1)For solid nodules: the diameter of the nodule is 6-8mm and there are no obvious malignant CT signs;(2)For some solid nodules: The nodule diameter is =10mm and the CTR is =0.5;(3)Non-solid nodules (i.e.pure ground-glass nodules):The diameter of the nodules is 8 to 15mm.If there are multiple nodules the nature of the largest and most dangerous nodule shall be taken as the standard.2.Referring to the definitions of qi deficiency syndrome and phlegm stasis syndrome in "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine - Part 2:Syndromes" and in combination with the characteristics of pulmonary nodules the diagnostic criteria for qi deficiency phlegm stasis syndrome are formulated. Main symptoms:Shortness of breath and fatigue cough expectoration chest tightness.Secondary symptoms: Listlessness and reluctance to speak shortness of breath after activity sweating upon movement discomfort in the throat and stabbing pain in the chest and flanks.Tongue diagnosis: Pale tongue dark purple tongue or ecchymosis under the tongue; The coating on the tongue is white and greasy. Pulse diagnosis: weak pulse taut pulse astringent pulse etc.For those without obvious clinical symptoms the diagnosis is mainly based on tongue and pulse diagnosis. For those with symptoms if two main symptoms and one secondary symptom are present or one main symptom and two secondary symptoms are present combined with the tongue and pulse the syndrome can be diagnosed as qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome. The syndrome type differentiation is determined by two attending physicians or above. If the opinions of the first two physicians are inconsistent it is determined by the third chief physician.); 2.Age between 18 and 60 years old gender not limited; 3.The subjects gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
