40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 40-70 years regardless of gender Meets the diagnostic criteria for KOA Willing to undergo gait analysis blood tests and MRI examination Voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) Grade I-III Unilateral knee osteoarthritis Body mass index (BMI) <28 kg/m²

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in acute phase of KOA (defined per Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Knee Osteoarthritis (2020 Edition)): Knee pain with VAS score >7 Persistent pain severe enough to disrupt sleep Accompanied by knee swelling functional impairment limping or inability to ambulate Severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders that may compromise assessment Comorbidities including: Rheumatoid arthritis Gout Osteoporosis Other relevant systemic diseases History of intra-articular injections or surgical interventions within the past 1 month Concurrent conditions affecting lower limb mobility or gait patterns
