Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Patients must present with clinically significant neck/shoulder or low back/leg pain (VAS =4 for =2 months) accompanied by radicular symptoms, demonstrate positive nerve root tension tests (Spurling's test/brachial plexus traction test for cervical cases or SLR <60°/femoral nerve stretch test for lumbar cases) with documented abnormal stiffness in target muscles (upper trapezius/levator scapulae for cervical or quadr

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Patients aged 75 years; those with spinal surgery history or trauma within 3 months, congenital skeletal disorders (e.g., ankylosing spondylitis), spinal infections/tumors; confounding conditions including frozen shoulder, joint ligament injuries, peripheral neuropathy, or spinal interventions within 6 months; special populations (pregnant/lactating women or individuals allergic to study medications like celecoxib/methylcobalamin); and cases with psychiatric/cognitive impairments affecting evaluations.
