Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the RSA Western medicine diagnostic criteria and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnostic criteria for spleen kidney deficiency, and conducts pregnancy diagnosis according to the Western medicine pregnancy diagnostic criteria; (2) Married women aged 20-40 years old; (3) Willing to take traditional Chinese medicine orally for treatment; (4) Understand the content of this experiment, voluntarily participate, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combining autoimmune diseases or receiving immunotherapy (2) Detecting chromosomal karyotype abnormalities in couples (3) Antibiotics and microbial preparations taken within 4 weeks prior to specimen collection (4) B-ultrasound examination of uterine malformations (such as unicornuate uterus, mediastinal uterus) (5) Patients with severe mental illnesses, including heart, liver, kidney, and other systemic diseases (6) Ectopic pregnancy and molar pregnancy.
