Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range: 45 to 80 years old; (2) Have signed the informed consent form and be capable of completing the entire experimental process; (3) For the Tai Chi group the participants should have practiced for more than one year and maintained regular exercise in related activities (at least three times a week each session lasting at least one hour).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe disorders of the musculoskeletal nervous and cardiopulmonary systems; (2) Those who have undergone implant surgery or have metal implants in their bodies; (3) Those with significant visual or auditory impairments or disorders or who cannot understand and communicate normally which would affect the assessment; (4) Those with movement disorders who cannot fully participate in the entire experimental process.
