Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic guidelines for stroke and be diagnosed with the first unilateral cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage by CT or MRI imaging; (2) Consciousness is clear vital signs are basically stable and can cooperate with treatment; (3) The course of dysphagia is 3 months > onset; (4) Age 18-80 years old; (5) Wata's drinking water test > level 2 or above but < level 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Under the age of 18 or over the age of 80; (2) Grade 5 patients in the Watian drinking water test; (3) Patients with severe dementia esophageal disease Parkinson's disease local throat lesions and other systemic diseases that cause dysphagia; (4) Those with unconsciousness mental disorders aphasia and inability to cooperate with examination and treatment; (5) Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart liver kidney and hematopoietic system.
