Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Middle-aged and elderly people over 40 years old; (2) Those who can understand the purpose of the research and voluntarily sign the consent form, and are qualified to participate in the forest therapy project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who suffer from major chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and respiratory systems, resulting in inability to carry out normal physical activities; (2) History of acute suicide attempt; (3) cognitive-organic brain injury or dementia; (4) Unable to perform moderate-intensity or above exercise, or have participated in other exercise programs; (5) Unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction in the past 6 months; (6) There is a communication or language barrier, and it is impossible to complete the questionnaire independently or with the assistance of a staff member.
