Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for both stable coronary heart disease and abnormal lipid metabolism; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Yang deficiency and cold condensation syndrome; (3) Age 18-75 years old male and female; (4) Patients voluntarily participated in the trial and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with combined hypertrophic cardiomyopathy rheumatic heart disease pulmonary heart disease severe valvular disease dilated cardiomyopathy myocarditis severe arrhythmia and moderate to severe heart failure; (2) Those who have undergone percutaneous coronary intervention or coronary artery bypass grafting or implantation of pacemaker within the past 3 months; (3) Those with a combination of other diseases that may cause chest pain; (4) Those with secondary dyslipidaemia (e.g. dyslipidaemia caused by medication taken within 4 weeks hypothyroidism etc.); (5) Difficult-to-control hypertension as evidenced by systolic blood pressure (SBP) = 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) = 100 mmHg; (6) Hepatic and renal insufficiency. Hepatic insufficiency is defined as an alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and/or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) value higher than two times the upper limit of the reference value and renal insufficiency is defined as a serum creatinine value higher than 1.5 times the upper limit of the reference value; (7) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (8) Those suffering from severe psychological disorders mental retardation or speech disorders; those suffering from severe haematopoietic disorders; and those suffering from malignant tumours; Those who are allergic to study drugs; those who have participated in other clinical studies in the last 1 month.
