18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients diagnosed with herpes zoster (HZ) exhibiting neuropathic pain at the lesion site, with HZ diagnosis based on the Chinese Expert Consensus on Herpes Zoster; 2)Patients with pain persisting =1 month but <3 months after herpes zoster rash healing. Age =18 years. Patients who sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders unable to cooperate with assessments 2)Patients with severe organ dysfunction ( liver cirrhosis/end-stage renal disease). 3)Patients with concurrent malignant tumors 4)Pregnant or lactating women 5)Patients with herpes zoster lesions distributed in the ophthalmic dermatome 6)Patients with a Huaxi Mood Index (HMI) score >17 7)Patients with pain attributed to other diseases.
