Interventions

Du moxibustion intervention:On the basis of routine treatment and nursing, Du moxibustion therapy was implemented. Intervention 2 times a week, each time about 20 minutes
continuous intervention for 12 weeks, a total of 24 times
compliance and adverse reactions were closely recorded during the intervention.
Chiropractic therapy intervention:On the basis of routine treatment and nursing, chiropractic therapy was carried out. Intervention 2 times a week, each time about 15 ~ 20 minutes
the skin reaction and spinal tolerance were observed regularly.
Combined intervention group ( Du moxibustion + chiropractic ):On the basis of routine treatment and nursing, Du moxibustion and chiropractic therapy were combined. Each intervention was performed a c
intervention 2 times a week, each time about 30 ~ 40 minutes ( including two kinds of therapy )
compliance, safety and skin tolerance were monitored during the intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 age = 65 years old ; 2 to meet the Fried frailty phenotype scale score of 1-2 points, in the pre-frailty state ; 3 Conform to the diagnostic criteria of cognitive frailty ( MoCA score < 26 points, suggesting a decline in cognitive function ). 4 In line with the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation, diagnosis of spleen and kidney deficiency, governor vessel obstruction syndrome ; 5 to cooperate with the research process, signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Those who have been clearly diagnosed with Alzheimer 's disease or other types of dementia ; 2 combined with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and other organic diseases or mental illness history ; 3 In the past 3 months, they received TCM interventions related to this study ( such as Du-moxibustion, chiropractic, etc. ) ; 4 those who were allergic to external preparations such as moxa and ginger, or had obvious rash, ulceration and other inappropriate interventions on the skin ; 5 due to physical conditions, can not take the prone position for moxibustion or chiropractic treatment ;
