Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for hemorrhoids; 2. Patients aged between 18 and 70 years old; 3. Patients who have signed the informed consent .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with perianal infections perianal eczema perianal abscesses and perianal infectious diseases. 2.Patients with inflammatory bowel disease such as ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD). 3.Patients with intestinal tumors and rectal space-occupying lesions. 4.Patients with combined dysfunction of the heart kidneys and liver as well as coagulation disorders and metabolic diseases. 5.Patients who have used antibiotics hormones or immunosuppressants within the last month. 6.Pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding.
