Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of PTAOA Western medicine; (2) Diagnosis of bone paralysis by traditional Chinese medicine; (3) Patients with a history of ankle fracture trauma caused by car accidents sports injuries and other factors (4) Patients with early and middle stage PTAOA clinical stage and no surgical indication; (5) Age between 18~75 years old; (6) Those who understand the content of this experiment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who underwent other pain relief treatments during the study or who stopped the drug for less than 2 weeks or had a tendency to bleed; (2) Patients with ankle arthritis caused by gout rheumatism autoimmune diseases and other reasons; (3) Patients with systolic blood pressure = 180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure =110mmHg; (4) Those who have implanted medical devices such as pacemakers or metal implants in the body combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular liver kidney lung diseases hematopoietic system tumors and other serious primary diseases.
