Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke diagnosis criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke established and recommended by the Cerebrovascular Disease Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Major Types of Cerebrovascular Disease in China 2019" and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI as cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction.2)Post-stroke shoulder pain diagnosis criteria: Refer to the clinical description of post-stroke shoulder pain in the 2011 complete version of the "Chinese Stroke Rehabilitation Treatment Guidelines" which states that this condition is one of the common complications after stroke and is secondary to shoulder joint pain following stroke.3)Age 18 = age = 85 years with disease duration less than 6 months.4)Shoulder pain on the hemiplegic side.5)Confirmed by cranial CT or MRI as first-onset disease.6)VAS = 3 points.7)The affected shoulder presents with pain tenderness stiffness swelling and in severe cases pain radiating to the fingers or symptoms such as numbness and swelling of the fingers.8)Participants have not used any other treatment methods within 1 week prior to inclusion.9)All participants voluntarily sign the relevant informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with post-stroke shoulder pain including those with periarthritis of the shoulder rotator cuff injury partial dislocation of the shoulder joint fractures that can cause shoulder pain and other traumas;2)Lesions of the thalamus;3)Rheumatoid arthritis;4)Patients with comorbidities of important organs such as heart liver and kidney and those with severe complications caused by these conditions;5)Patients with malignant tumors;6)Patients with severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders that prevent accurate expression of pain or other sensations or those who cannot cooperate with treatment as a result;7)Local skin infection or ulceration of the shoulder joint;8)Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form;9)Patients with poor compliance who voluntarily withdraw from the clinical study.
