Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the fourth national diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular disease in 1995 diagnosed with limb spasms caused by cerebrovascular accident by CT or MRI and stable vital signs; 2. Age 20-80 years old; 3.No cognitive and speech disorders; 4.Limb Modified Ashworth Spasm Rating Scale Grade I-IV; 5.Sign the informed consent form and actively cooperate with the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with limb spasms not caused by cerebrovascular accidents; 2.Those under 20 years old or over 80 years old; 3.Patients with sensory aphasia severe dementia post-stroke depression or mental illness; 4.Patients with severe heart lung liver and kidney damage; 5.Patients with other movement disorders; 6.Suspected history of alcohol or drug abus.
