Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 There is no gender restriction. The following diagnostic criteria must be met: Refer to "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2024 Edition)". Meeting any one to five of the following criteria or simultaneously meeting the first and sixth criteria can diagnose early knee osteoarthritis. a) Age = 40 years old b) Repeated knee joint pain for more than 1 month; c) Joint stiffness = 30 minutes; pain when squatting and standing up; pain when going up and down stairs; d) Bone friction sounds (feels) or joint space tenderness during activity; e) X-ray shows no obvious changes in the joint or there may be bone spurs and suspected narrowing of the joint space; f) MRI shows localized or diffuse cartilage damage (the range of subchondral bone marrow edema in any area = 75% or any range = 25%); 2 Conscious and alert, with no cognitive impairment, and voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined dysfunction of organs such as heart liver lungs and kidneys; 2) Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis infectious knee arthritis gouty arthritis and chronic soft tissue strain through CT or MRI; 3) Having blood disorders or a tendency to bleed; 4) Caused by limb dysfunction due to other diseases; 5) Poor compliance or incomplete data; 6) Participating in other clinical studies.
