Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Meets diagnostic criteria for atlantoaxial subluxation; 2: Ages 6-14 years old and gender neutral; 3: Participation was voluntary, with the child's family signing an informed consent form and adhering to the entire course of treatment; 4: First time onset of illness and not receiving other treatments within 2 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with atlantoaxial joint disorders that do not meet the diagnosis of atlantoaxial fracture and complete dislocation of the atlantoaxial joint due to severe trauma, atlantoaxial joint congenital deformity, and myotonic strabismus; 2: Those with severe cardiopulmonary disorders, head and neck trauma surgery, psychiatric disorders, etc., who are unsuitable or unable to cooperate with the study's treatment protocol.
